Important: MultiDownloader is a download utility, not a public media library. We do not host a catalogue of videos for streaming. Downloads requested by a user are temporary and are not published or indexed by us.
1. Our role
MultiDownloader is software that lets an individual request media from a third-party platform at their direction. We do not control the platform, the media, or the user’s purpose. We do not knowingly host, index, or distribute a library of infringing content, and we do not encourage copyright infringement.
We will review good-faith reports, may disable access to a feature, and may remove or stop serving a temporary file where appropriate. We may also refer a report to the relevant hosting provider or platform.
2. How to send a copyright notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf, send a written notice to dmca@multidownloader.app with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. We accept notices by email. If you need a physical notice address, email us first and we will provide the current address.
A valid notice should include the information listed in section 3. Incomplete notices may slow down or prevent review.
3. Required details for a notice
To help us act efficiently, include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works you believe are infringed.
- The exact URL or other specific location on the Service where the allegedly infringing material or activity can be found. A general link to a platform is not enough.
- Your name, organisation (if applicable), email address, and a telephone number or other contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@multidownloader.app. Include your contact information, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant.
5. Repeat infringement
We may suspend or restrict access for users or requests that repeatedly involve claimed infringement, abuse, or attempts to circumvent the Service’s safeguards. We may keep records of notices and actions as required for legal and operational purposes.
6. Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a materially false claim in a copyright notice or counter-notice can result in legal liability. Please make sure you own the rights or are authorised to act before submitting a report. We may request clarification or evidence.
7. Requests from platforms
If you represent a platform and want to raise a concern about a feature, a specific request, or compliance with your terms, contact legal@multidownloader.app. We will review platform-policy and legal requests in good faith and may restrict a feature while a concern is investigated.
8. Contact
We aim to acknowledge complete copyright notices within a reasonable period. Response times can vary during high volume or when verification is needed.
